Expressive, somewhat volcanic, a 24" x 30" acrylic painting titled "Pray For Rain", original and one of a kind painted in the New Mexico studio of Thomas Hill.


The artwork is an abstract painting featuring vibrant warm tones. In the center is a large circular shape with a fiery orange and yellow palette, giving the impression of intense heat or the essence of the sun. The central form is surrounded by strokes and bursts of red and crimson that create a dynamic and almost chaotic energy as if the central sphere is radiating heat or light. The vigorous brushwork and the variations in texture contribute to the painting's sense of movement and liveliness. The edges of the artwork softly blend into the background, allowing the central motif to dominate the composition.

It is hand-signed and dated both on the front and the back.
